Mango Pulp Supplier & Exporter for the United States
Chaunsa and Sindhri mango pulp from our own Multan processing facility — aseptic bag-in-drum, frozen, canned and concentrate formats — shipped FOB Karachi.
Mango-flavoured beverages, nectars, yogurts, ice creams and bakery fillings are well-established categories across the United States, supported by a large South Asian diaspora and mainstream appetite for tropical ingredients. Juice and beverage manufacturers, dairy processors and industrial food producers source mango pulp internationally because domestic cultivation is negligible. Pakistan — specifically the Punjab belt around Multan — produces Chaunsa and Sindhri varieties prized for their intense aroma, natural sweetness and deep gold colour, qualities difficult to replicate from other origins.
Why USA buyers source mango pulp from Pakistan
- ✓Chaunsa and Sindhri deliver a flavour intensity and Brix profile that stand apart from Indian Alphonso or Brazilian Tommy Atkins pulp.
- ✓The Pakistani season (May–August) complements Indian and other supply windows, reducing single-origin concentration risk for year-round buyers.
- ✓Competitive FOB pricing from Karachi, with established container freight lanes to both US East and West Coast ports.
- ✓Pakistan's pulp processing sector runs aseptic lines, cold-chain infrastructure and HACCP / GFSI-benchmarked food-safety systems that meet US importer expectations.
Importing mango pulp into the United States
The US framework for imported processed fruit falls primarily under FDA jurisdiction. Your US Customs entry must include a Prior Notice filed electronically through FDA's system before the shipment arrives at port — failure to file is grounds for refusal or hold. Under FSMA's Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP), the US importer of record bears legal responsibility for verifying that foreign suppliers produce food consistent with US safety standards, including a hazard analysis and documented verification activities; FSVP importers also provide a DUNS-based Unique Facility Identifier when filing CBP entry. FDA food-facility registration is a separate, exporter-side requirement for any facility shipping food to the US — confirm the current position with our export desk when you scope your order. Processed mango pulp under HTS headings 2007 and 2008 is subject to duty; buyers should confirm the current applicable rate with their customs broker.
Certifications & documentation
MMA Farms holds HACCP certification and a GFSI-benchmarked food-safety certification. Every commercial consignment ships with a standard export documentation set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (issued by the relevant Pakistani Chamber of Commerce) and a health/sanitary certificate from the competent Pakistani authority. A certificate of analysis covering Brix, pH, colour, viscosity, microbiology and heavy metals is provided per production lot. As the US importer, your FSVP programme will typically require supplier audit records or a third-party food-safety audit report; our export desk can provide documentation to support your supplier-approval process. If your formulation requires a specific allergen statement or country-of-origin labelling confirmation, these can be addressed in the product specification sheet supplied with each order.
Shipping from Karachi to the United States
All consignments load at Karachi Port or Port Qasim under FOB Karachi terms, transferring risk and cost to the buyer once goods cross the ship's rail. CFR and CIF quotations to named US ports are available on request. Primary US gateway ports for this trade lane include New York/New Jersey, Savannah and Los Angeles/Long Beach. Sea transit from Karachi to the US East Coast typically runs 25–40 days depending on routing and transhipment; the West Coast is broadly comparable via the Pacific. Aseptic bag-in-drum ships in standard 20-ft or 40-ft dry containers. Frozen pulp requires reefer containers at the agreed set-point; buyers should confirm cold-chain handling capacity at the destination port with their freight forwarder before order placement.
Pulp formats we ship to USA
Aseptic bag-in-drum (typically 215–220 kg net per drum) is the dominant format for US juice and beverage manufacturers because the long ambient shelf life minimises cold-chain dependency and supports just-in-time production. Frozen pulp suits dairy and ice cream processors who prefer raw material held at −18°C. Canned pulp is available for foodservice and retail co-packing. Mango concentrate suits beverage formulators needing a higher-Brix ingredient for RTD or syrup production.
Aseptic Mango Pulp

Mango pulp import FAQ — USA
Does MMA Farms hold FDA food-facility registration?
FDA food-facility registration is an exporter-side requirement for shipping food to the US, under the Bioterrorism Act. Please confirm the current registration position with our export desk when you scope your order, so it can be documented for your FSVP records.
What is the minimum order quantity for US shipments?
We typically quote in full container load quantities — one 20-ft container holds roughly 80–85 aseptic drums. Smaller quantities may be considered for first orders or trials; contact us to discuss your specific volume requirement.
How do we satisfy our FSVP supplier-verification obligation with MMA Farms?
We can provide HACCP certification documents, our GFSI-benchmarked food-safety certification, production audit records and lot-specific certificates of analysis — materials designed to support your qualified individual's hazard analysis and verification activities under 21 CFR Part 1 Subpart L.
What Brix and pH specification does the aseptic Chaunsa pulp meet?
Standard aseptic Chaunsa pulp is produced to a Brix range of 14–17 and a pH of 3.5–4.2. Custom specifications — including adjusted Brix for concentrate blending — can be discussed at enquiry stage; a full certificate of analysis ships with each lot.
Can you supply kosher- or organic-certified product for the US market?
We do not currently hold kosher or organic certification. If your buying programme requires either, raise it with our export desk so we can assess whether a third-party certification pathway is viable for your volume and timeline.
