Retail channels we supply

Hypermarkets & Supermarkets

Imtiaz, Hyperstar, Carrefour, Al-Fatah, Springs, Naheed Supermarket, Springs, and other modern-trade chains. Standard fruit-aisle SKUs (5kg or loose-weight), A-grade only, weekly dispatch with consistent grading. We handle the procurement compliance — batch traceability, GST invoicing, PFA documentation — so your category manager doesn't chase paperwork.

Examples: Imtiaz Super Market · Hyperstar · Carrefour · Al-Fatah · Naheed Supermarket

Cash & Carry / Wholesale Membership Stores

Metro Cash & Carry, Makro-Habib, Naheed Foods. Bulk crate format (10kg ventilated cardboard or returnable plastic), A+B grade mix, palletized for warehouse handling. Membership stores typically prefer landed-on-pallet supply with single weekly delivery to their distribution center, then internal store routing.

Examples: Metro Cash & Carry · Makro-Habib · Naheed Foods

Mall Fruit Concession Stalls

Premium fruit retailers operating concessions inside Lahore's Emporium, Packages Mall, Centaurus Islamabad, Dolmen City Karachi, and similar high-end mall locations. Smaller volumes (50-200 kg/week) but premium grading required — A-grade only, perfect cosmetics, branded gift-ready packaging. Higher per-kg margin for both sides.

Examples: Emporium Mall stalls · Centaurus concessions · Dolmen City fruit shops

Independent Fruit Retailers & Local Marts

Neighbourhood fruit shops, local 'mart' chains, and independent retailers in DHA, Bahria Town, F-7, Gulberg, Clifton, etc. Volumes 100-500 kg/week, A-or-B grade depending on store positioning. Many independent retailers value the 'Multan-direct, no-mandi' story for their customers.

Examples: Local DHA fruit marts · Bahria Town fruit shops · Independent neighbourhood marts

Why retailers source from us

No mandi middlemen

We bypass Sabzi Mandi entirely. Fruit goes orchard → pack-house → truck → your store. No carbide exposure, no warehouse holding, no handling damage from mandi loaders. Every kilogram you receive was on a tree at the start of the same week.

Consistent grading week-over-week

Our pack-house uses standardized grading per variety: size class (count per 5 kg), Brix range, blemish tolerance. Your category manager gets the same spec every week — no surprises, no customer complaints, no returns. Documented per dispatch.

PFA-compliant + tax-ready paperwork

Punjab Food Authority documentation, GST-compliant tax invoices, batch numbers traceable to orchard block, dispatch date and time stamps. Procurement and audit teams handle the paperwork without chasing us for missing fields.

Multi-location delivery in one dispatch

We route a single dispatch day across multiple store addresses. 5 stores or 50 stores — we provide route optimisation, per-location confirmation, and delivery photos. You don't need to staff up your own logistics team to receive our supply.

Pre-season forward pricing

Lock in per-kg rates and weekly volumes in March or April for the upcoming season (June-September). Forward contracts protect you from peak-season price spikes, and we get demand visibility for harvest planning. Win-win for chains buying 1,000+ kg/week.

How a retail supply contract works

1.

Send specs

Variety, kg/week, store count, destination cities, grade preference, crate format. Reply same business day.

2.

3.

After 2-3 successful trials, we lock your weekly pick-and-pack window and move to Net-7 or Net-15 terms.

4.

Scale + season-lock

Forward-contract pricing for following seasons. Branded crates added at 500+ kg/week. Net-30 + multi-store routing for chains.

Retail supply FAQ

Do you supply mangoes to supermarket and hypermarket chains in Pakistan?

Yes — we supply A-grade Multan-direct mangoes to supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains across Pakistan. Whether you operate a single high-end store in DHA Lahore or a 50-branch chain across the country, we coordinate harvesting, hand-grading, and weekly dispatch to your central warehouse or directly to individual store locations. Send your store list, weekly volume target, and preferred crate format on WhatsApp +92 300 9555810 to start a conversation.

Can you supply Metro Cash & Carry, Naheed, Imtiaz, or other Pakistani retail chains?

We supply mangoes wholesale to any Pakistani retail buyer — chain or independent — that meets our minimum 100 kg/dispatch threshold. Each chain has its own procurement process, payment terms, and quality specs. We're set up to meet standard retail-procurement requirements: PFA-compliant grading, GST-tax invoices, traceable batch numbers, and consistent week-on-week supply. If you're a buyer or category manager at a retail chain, send us your specs and we'll match them.

What grades do you offer for retail supply?

We grade by size, blemish, ripeness window, and sugar content (Brix). A-grade fruit is hand-picked, blemish-free, uniform size, Brix 20+ — for premium retail and gift retail (DHA, Phase 6 Lahore, Bahria Town stores). B-grade is value retail and juice/smoothie chains — slightly variable size, minor cosmetic marks, full-flavor. C-grade is for processors and pulp — soft, ripe, occasionally bruised, sold by tonne. Most retail chains buy A or A+B mix.

What is the minimum order for a retail-supply contract?

Minimum is 100 kg per variety per dispatch (~10 cartons of 10 kg each). Most retail buyers start at 200-500 kg/week to test the supply chain. Once we both prove out logistics and quality, contracts typically scale to 1,000-5,000 kg/week per chain. For container loads (10+ tonnes), we offer forward-contract pricing locked in before season opens.

Can you brand the crates with our retail chain's logo?

Yes — for orders of 500+ kg per dispatch we offer custom-printed crates with your retail chain's branding (logo, store details, batch number, dispatch date, variety name). Lead time is 7-10 days for the first print run. After that, branded crates are available on every dispatch. Useful for chains that want consistent in-store visual merchandising or that sell branded mango boxes as a premium gift SKU.

What payment terms do you offer for retail buyers?

First-time orders are typically COD on dispatch or 50% advance, 50% on dispatch. After 2-3 successful weeks, established retail buyers move to Net-7 or Net-15. For chains with audited financials and 1,000+ kg/week commitment, we offer Net-30 with a security deposit. Bank transfer, IBFT, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and corporate cheques accepted. GST-compliant tax invoices included with every dispatch.

How do you handle multi-location delivery for a chain with 20+ stores?

Two options. Option 1: Single delivery to your central warehouse — you handle internal store distribution. Option 2: Direct multi-store delivery — we route trucks to each store address on a single dispatch day, with confirmation per location. Option 2 costs slightly more but eliminates your internal logistics overhead. We've handled 50+ store dispatches in a single day across Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad.

What's the lead time for a fresh dispatch?

In-season (May-September): 24-48 hours from confirmed order to dispatch. Pickup happens at the orchard the morning of dispatch — your retail shelves get fruit that was on the tree less than 36 hours earlier. Pre-season pre-orders open in March each year and lock in better pricing for committed buyers.

Ready to source for the 2026 season?

Send your variety mix, weekly volume target, and store/warehouse destinations on WhatsApp — we reply with per-kg pricing and dispatch options the same business day. Forward-contract pricing locks in March every year for the upcoming season.
