Lay the mangoes out on a counter. Check for surface bruising, leaking, mould spots, or fruit that smells fermented.

What exactly does the 24-hour photo replacement cover?+
If you open your box and find any mango that is bruised, leaking, fermenting, mouldy, or significantly under-ripe, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We replace the affected fruit on the next dispatch in your area or refund the value of the affected items — your choice.
Does it apply to gift orders and overseas-paid deliveries?+
Yes. If you sent the box as a gift, simply forward us the recipient's photo on WhatsApp — claims open to the payer regardless of where the box was shipped within Pakistan.
Why 24 hours?+
Mangoes are perishable. A 24-hour window lets us tell the difference between a transit-damage claim and natural softening from normal storage. Our broader refund policy still gives you 7 days for quality concerns — the 24-hour window is specifically for the no-questions-asked photo replacement.
What is NOT covered?+
Mangoes that ripened in your kitchen and were not eaten in time, partial consumption (you ate half the box first), boxes signed for by someone else without inspection, and wrong-address deliveries you provided. We are a quality guarantee, not a satisfaction lottery.
How fast does the replacement ship?+
Approved claims ship on the next scheduled dispatch to your city — typically within 2–5 days depending on your location. For diaspora gifters, replacement runs on the next outbound batch and we share the new tracking with both you and the recipient.
Do you guarantee ripeness on arrival?+
We hand-grade every box to dispatch slightly under-ripe for road transit — that is intentional, so the fruit ripens in your kitchen rather than fermenting in a hot van. We include a printed ripening card in each box explaining day-by-day what to expect. Genuine under-ripeness that fails to ripen within 5 days at room temperature qualifies for the guarantee.
