Frozen Mango Pulp — Pakistan Supplier & Exporter

Single-strength frozen pulp & blocks for dairy, bakery & foodservice

Frozen mango pulp is single-strength pulp preserved by deep-freezing rather than heat. The cold chain keeps the flavour profile close to fresh fruit, which is why dairy, bakery and dessert manufacturers favour it. MMA Farms supplies frozen Chaunsa and Sindhri pulp in food-grade blocks and pails.

Frozen Pulp — Buyer FAQs

How is frozen mango pulp shipped and stored?
Frozen pulp is supplied in food-grade poly-lined cartons, blocks or pails and shipped in a reefer container held at −18°C. It must be kept frozen at −18°C on arrival, where it keeps up to 24 months. Because it is preserved by cold rather than heat, the flavour stays close to fresh fruit.
What is the minimum order and how is it priced?
Frozen pulp is sold by the full reefer container load, quoted FOB Karachi per contract — pricing moves with harvest, freight and the USD/PKR rate. Share your destination and estimated volume and we will quote. Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis.
Which varieties and specifications are available?
We supply single-strength frozen Chaunsa and Sindhri pulp with Brix (TSS) of 14–24° and pH 3.2–4.3, in block or pail form, with no preservatives. Exact per-batch figures are confirmed on the Certificate of Analysis.
What is frozen pulp best used for?
Frozen pulp is favoured by dairy manufacturers (yogurt, ice cream, lassi and dairy desserts), bakery and patisserie fillings, and smoothie and HORECA foodservice — anywhere a fresh-tasting pulp matters and a frozen cold chain is available.
