Aseptic Mango Pulp

Ambient-stable bag-in-drum pulp for continuous production lines

Aseptic mango pulp is single-strength pulp that is flash heat-treated and filled into sterile bags inside steel drums. It needs no refrigeration and no preservatives, which makes it the workhorse format for juice and beverage manufacturers running year-round. MMA Farms produces aseptic Chaunsa and Sindhri pulp from our own Multan facility.

Frozen Mango Pulp

Single-strength frozen pulp & blocks for dairy, bakery & foodservice

Mango Concentrate

Concentrated pulp at 28–32 Brix — lower freight per unit of fruit solids

Mango concentrate is pulp with water evaporated off to roughly double the Brix. Because you ship fewer kilograms for the same fruit solids, freight cost per litre of finished beverage drops — which is why large beverage producers and exporters to distant markets choose it. MMA Farms supplies aseptic and frozen mango concentrate.

Sourced from orchards managed to MRL standards for the destination market (EU, USA, GCC). Pre-shipment residue testing available on request — adds 3–4 working days to dispatch.

Heavy metals

Lead, arsenic, cadmium and tin tested against Codex Alimentarius and destination-market ceilings. Results included on the Certificate of Analysis when contractually required.

Allergen statement

Mango pulp is single-ingredient (Mangifera indica). Our facility does not process tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, egg, gluten or fish. No allergen carryover risk.

GMO status

Non-GMO. Pakistani mango cultivars (Chaunsa, Sindhri) are heritage cultivars propagated by grafting, not genetically modified.

Halal compliance

Production line is pork- and alcohol-free by design. Formal Halal certification status — confirm directly with our export desk before contracting.
