MMA Farms delivers fresh mangoes across all major cities in Pakistan. We ship from our orchards in Multan, Punjab.

Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your mangoes arrive in perfect condition:
- Individual wrapping: Each mango is wrapped in protective foam netting
- Cushioned boxes: Sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes with paper padding
- Temperature protection: Insulated packaging for extreme heat conditions
- Ripeness indicators: Instructions included for optimal ripening at home
Order Processing
- Order received: We confirm your order via WhatsApp/call within 2 hours
- Harvesting: Mangoes are picked fresh from our orchards (not pre-stored)
- Grading: Each mango is checked for size, quality, and Brix sweetness
- Packing: Individually wrapped and packed in branded boxes
- Dispatch: Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 PM
- Delivery: Courier delivers to your doorstep
Delivery Issues
- Delayed delivery: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, contact us immediately. We will track and expedite your shipment.
- Damaged during transit: Report within 24 hours with photos. We will replace or refund. See our Refund Policy.
- Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect addresses.
- Undeliverable: If the courier cannot deliver (recipient unavailable after 2 attempts), the order will be returned. Perishable goods cannot be re-shipped.
