Our Quality Guarantee
At MMA Farms, we guarantee the quality of every mango we deliver. All our mangoes are 100% carbide-free, naturally ripened, and hand-graded before packing. If you receive mangoes that do not meet our quality standards, we will make it right.
Damaged or Defective Mangoes
If your mangoes arrive damaged, spoiled, or significantly below expected quality:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery by sending photos on WhatsApp (0300-9555810) or email (info@mmafarms.com)
- Include photos of the damaged mangoes and the packaging
- We will assess the damage and respond within 4 hours
- Eligible claims will receive either a full replacement in the next delivery or a full refund for the affected items
Refund Eligibility

Refund Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos
- Our team reviews the claim within 4 hours
- If approved, choose replacement or refund
- Refund timeline:
- JazzCash: Refunded within 24 hours
- Bank transfer: Refunded within 2-3 business days
- COD orders: Refund via JazzCash or bank transfer
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mangoes, we cannot accept returns of delivered products. However, we guarantee replacement or refund for quality issues as described above.
Cancellation Policy
- Before dispatch: Full refund, no questions asked
- After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled (mangoes are already harvested and packed for you)
