Mango ice cubes are a game-changer — they chill your drink without diluting it, and they ADD flavor as they melt.
How to Make Mango Ice Cubes
- Blend ripe mango (Sindhri for sweetness) into smooth puree
- Pour into ice cube trays
- Freeze for 4+ hours
- Pop out and store in freezer bags (last 3 months)
5 Uses for Mango Ice Cubes
- In Water: Drop 2-3 cubes into water for naturally flavored mango water
- In Lemonade: Replaces regular ice — the drink gets sweeter as cubes melt
- In Smoothies: Use instead of regular ice for thicker, more flavorful smoothies
- In Sparkling Water: Instant mango spritzer — elegant, zero calories added
- In Iced Tea: Drop into green or black tea for a tropical twist
